I had this problem a few times with different files of my application.

INTERNAL ERROR: C:/Program Files (x86)/Texas Instruments/ccsv5/tools/compiler/c6000/bin/cl6x experienced a segmentation fault while
processing

This is a serious problem. Please contact Customer
Support with this message and a copy of the input file
and help us to continue to make the tools more robust.

Is there any solution ?

I have run into this on Windows 7 64bit as well. Usually I can just rebuild the individual file and then build the project and it is fine. We have a fix available internally for this, I will check to see if it is in a production release yet.

Which version of the C6000 compiler are you using?
