CCS: Not able to connect cloud

Hi,

I have recently downloaded Code Composer Studio, I see in the tutorials studio is connected to cloud. But in my case I am not able connect.

I read the guide lines and executed but still not successful.

Please help.

Hi Sanjeev,

You are missing some details but I will assume you are using the latest CCS version 9.3 and trying to connect to the new Resource Explorer.

Please try the steps in the troubleshooting guide:

If that does not help, please provide any logs in:

C:\Users\[username]\ti\tirex-localserver-3.7.1\.logs

Hi Ki,

Thank you for the reply. I had followed the same guidelines but couldn't connect to cloud.

From the log I could see our proxy server is blocking to connect the server. I will check with our IT support.

Ah ok. See if you can get an exception for cloud.
