CCS: My CCS v9.3 now has the "View/Getting Started" tab grayed out; how to restore it?

Hello,

I'm new to CCS and I suspect that I've recently done something to corrupt my installation, such that my "Getting Started" choice (under "Vlew") is now grayed out. Is there a way to restore this choice?
