CCS/EVMK2H: PC Trace not start

I faced with strange trouble. When I try start PC Trace nothing happened and in menu appear empty line:

Restart CCS, reboot PC and change workspace in CCS not help to solve this trouble.

When I call "Analysis Dashboard" the next error window arise:

How to fix this error and continue work with PC trace?

    I am not entirely sure what may be happening in your case; were you able to select PC Trace and actually capture data using it? I was able to set up and run PC Trace on my K2HEVM using the XDS200 Debug Probe. I am using CCSv9.3 and 

    Since you mentioned using a different workspace and rebooting, I suspect that something may not be right with the temporary trace files (they are not cleared when a new workspace is opened).

    Can you try to erase the directory C:\Users\user\.TI-trace - you need to close CCS first. 

    Also, make sure the board is power cycled between attempts of tracing data - sometimes the device is not properly configured after a trace job is setup. 

    I will keep trying to break my setup here and will report back in case I find anything relevant.

  • I removed folder C:\Users\%USERNAME%\.TI-trace and that helped.
