CCS: Blackhawk USB560v2 System Trace stuck in Safe Mode

Hi,

I have a Blackhawk USB560v2 system trace which is stuck in safe mode. (USB light green, Mode light blinking red).

I have tried to clear safe mode through the Blackhawk Configuration Utility. Once I press the clear button and acknowledge the message that the device will restart both LED's turn red. It does not reboot.

My PC is running Windows 10.

Hi,

Since your Debug Probe is stuck in safe mode, a few e2e threads report that a successful operation to release from this status is to update the firmware. Can you try that?

Thank you very much! The second link had the details I needed, and my probe is now recovered.

I was able to find the firmware download direct from Blackhawk. I'm sharing the link here in case anyone else finds this thread useful.
