  • Mayur,

The license file being used by CCS here is a free limited license for use with XDS100 class emulators and a number of development boards with onboard emulation.  It is not a license that can be used with MSP430.

You mentioned that a license file was purchased.  Did you initial setup CCS to use the free license and then buy a license after that?  If so you will want to delete the free license file, the dialog in the screen capture shows where CCS is looking for that file, TMDSCCS-HWN01A-v4.0.lic and TMDSCCS-HWN01A-v4.0(1).lic

If CCS is using one license it will keep trying to use that one and not look for another so if you dropped in a paid license try deleting the old free license and editing the eclipse.ini file in \ccsv4\eclipse and add the line -DFORCE.REG to force it to look for a new license.
