    Unfortunately, there is not enough information here.  What is the context where you see this error message?

    If you see this while building a Code Composer Studio project, please capture all the build diagnostics in the Console (not Problems) view in a text file by using the icon Copy Build Log.  When you create the log file, be sure to use the file extension .txt.  Attach that text file to your next post.
