Yes, each CC31xx/CC32xx chip does have unique MAC address.

Hi,

Yes, you can. If you want you can change this MAC address if your company have allocated MAC address range obtained from IEEE Registration Authority. Another option is to ship your device with default unique MAC address (MAC address is in range allocated to TI).
