Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Just bought a ControlCARD and I cannot get it to program on CCS 9.3. It used to work on my broken ContorlCARD and I used the same jumper settings. The setup also programs my LaunchPad correctly. What else can I try. I get teh following error:
Error connecting to the target:
(Error -2131 @ 0x0)
Unable to access device register. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
