    Hi,

    If you tested it on a different host, checked if the xds2xx_conf utility cannot detect the Debug Probe and you are sure the device drivers are properly installed, then I would try the methods shown in the section Re-flash the firmware of onboard XDS200 units of the XDS200 page you sent before. 

    If you had done this, then I would strongly suspect the probe itself is damaged. 

    Just one last detail: I just want to be sure you are not trying to connect to the built-in Debug Probe to the TMDS570LS31HDK - it uses a XDS100v2 instead.
