CCS/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM437X: Updating firmware on XDS220-ISO

I'm using CCS 9.3.0, and XDS220-ISO. Each time I run a debug session I get a notice asking me to update the firmware. I looked at the website for update info, went to https://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/xdsdebugprobes/emu_xds200.html#if-you-have-a-single-xds220-or-xds220iso-connected-via-usb-

I see instructions for updating, but I do not see a emulation\specdig\ folder. Has the folder layout changed between CCS versions? Am I possibly missing some install?

You are correct. Starting with CCSv9 the Spectrum Digital component was merged with the TI Emulators component.

I have the impression that I had updated this procedure in the past, but perhaps not. At any rate, the page is now updated with the proper procedure. To see the changes, you need to reload (it is usually cached by the browser).
