CCSV4 Debug Problems

I am using CCSV4.2.1 with EKS-LM3S3748

In debug I am unable to select run, halt, step etc. in the Target menu. They are all 'grayed' out. It seems to me that I used to be able to access these items. Have I done something to disable them?

That was the problem. I didn't realize that you have to have the Debug selected in the View menu in order to access these features in the Target menu.
