I was attempting to use a 30 day evaluation of CCS 4. This is supposed to run on a special standalone computer in our office. We set everything up before the holidays, and by the time I came back the license had expired before I got a chance to even use it. I searched on your website and saw there is an option for a 90 day extension.
I click the link for the 90 day extension, and part of the process requires a MAC address of the computer you are using the software on. However, this particular PC has the network adapters disabled because of corporate policies, so I cannot query the MAC address. I'm not sure the software would be successful in querying it either-- it seems the MAC address doesn't exist for all intents and purposes, once the network adapter is disabled. We are working to see if we can be granted an exception for the network adapter. Meanwhile I wanted to check if there is anything that could be done from your point of view to solve this issue.
