CCS/TMS320F28379D: Digital Power Libary: can I edit the main.cfg script?

Is it possible to edit the main.cfg script in the Digital Power library?  It is not putting out the desired instrumentation isr value for me.  I'm working on the TIDM_1000, vienna rectifcer.  There are main things I would like to change for my application in the main.cfg, but I have not figure out how it is scripted.

    It is not possible to modify the main.cfg as that is overwritten by powerSUITE during the build process. What values are you trying to modify that can't be done through the GUI? Are there any settings you wan't to configure that are not listed in the settings.h file? 

    If you prefer there is a nonpowerSUITE version of the project available for use in the C2000Ware-DigitalPower-SDK.
