Code Composer studio v3.3 integrated development platform

We have installed code composer studio version 3.3 in our college lab. When the application is opened, it shows an error message "Error initializing emulator". Also we were not able to successfully install the product in the other computers of the lab. Kindly provide me solution to these problems
