Hi Kavitha,

You will need to install both the CC3200 SDK and TI-RTOS version 2.16.01.14 for CC3200. You can find both here: http://www.ti.com/tool/download/CC3200SDK

The TI-RTOS (or SYS/BIOS) library is already built. You need to import ti_rtos_config project into your CCS workspace from cc3200-sdk\ti_rtos\ti_rtos_config.
