Good day
i'm using ubuntu 18.04.4 and try whit mozilla and chrome
i installed the TICLOUDAGENT and all looks nice but when i try to use ccs cloud to conect a exp430g2et i get the next:

Could not launch TI Cloud Agent: Failed to start TICloudAgent: unknown error. Please perform the actions listed below and try your operation again.(What's this?)

and i cant solve it!

    Hi,

    Unfortunately I don't have a MSP-EXP430G2ET with me, but I was able to make it work on my Ubuntu 18.04 with another board MSP-EXP430FR6989. 

    One detail: the agent had some trouble updating the firmware on the device, but you didn't indicate this happening in your scenario.

    I will try to source a G2ET board and try to see if it is any different.

    In the meantime, you can try to remove the TICloudAgent directories (~/TICloudAgent and ~/.ti/TICloudAgent) to reinstall the agent.
