CCS/LAUNCHCC3220MODASF: Cannot Connect to Launchpad - Windows 10 is not recognizing it

Hello,

I tried adding legacy hardware in the device manager but the thing just does not show up no matter what I do, there is not even a prompt or any indication that my computer has recognized the device.

I installed CCS10 did a reboot - no result.

Did "Add Legacy Hardware" in Device Manager and chose the drivers - no result

I installed the Emulation Pack and did a reboot - no result

Again tried adding legacy hardware in the device manager - no result.

I am using the latest version of windows 10 in 64 bit

Kindly help me out with this.

Hi,

Since it seems the XDS110 is not showing up in the Control Panel, I would suspect three things:

Either the USB cable or the USB port are damaged. Switch the cable or the port where the board is connected.

The board itself is damaged. You would be 100% sure only if you have other board and get a different result.

The Debug Probe is not properly programmed. For that, please check the section Troubleshooting → Flashing the bootloader of the XDS110 Page below.

The USB Cable was Broken. Had tried everything except this.
