Dear Megan,

Now we need to port some functions, like network manegement/diagnostic system manegement,etc, to Cortex-M4. However, the program of CM project now only has a bare-metal scheduler only based on a global timer.

So a BIOS or RTOS is need to reduce the complexity of my CM program now.

Recently you do me great favor to use SYS/BIOS on c28x core (CPU1) of TMS320F28388D, now I also need your help about running OS (BIOS or TI-RTOS) on CM core of TMS320F28388D.

The version of BIOS library used on CPU1 is bios_6_76_01_12, dose it also support ARM Cortex-M4 core? If not, any else libraries available now?

What's more, a corresponding demo project baseod on OS of Cortex-M4 is more appreciated.

Hi Todd,

How to use the materials above to construct a BIOS project on Cortex-M4 of TMS320F28388D? Is there a demo project for it?

When I open the BIOS installation folder below, there aren't any dual core examples for CPU1 and CM core.

The BIOS Package provides some basic single core examples, those can be imported as detailed in this thread.

For TMS320F28388D, the core architecture of CPU1 and CM is different, one is c28x, and the other is ARM cortex-m4.

So I think the BIOS library and configuration of cortex-m4 maybe different from c28x project. For instance, the configuration information mentioned below

should be different:

Could I code it like below make difference?

var Hwi = xdc.useModule('ti.sysbios.family.cm.Hwi')

Please help me with it.
