CCS V4 Launch crash

Hi,

 

I have a problem when launch a .ccxml config file in debug. but it pop up a jvm terminate error.

    CCS version: 4.2.0.10017

    target: TCI6616 with Blackhawk USB560M JTAG Emulator

    I only launched debug session in hardware, CCS crashed.

    Thanks for the additional info. Did you check for a crash dump file? One may have been generated.

    Also did you try some of the steps in the Troubleshooting Guide? Like using a new workspace or cleaning some target cache files?
