From the screenshot it looks like the BSS Firmware is not downloaded properly in the device (FW version : 0.0.0.0 hints to this).

Can you erase the contents in the flash and try again.

Hi, you mean I need to format 1643boost with uniflash, right?I've tried this, and the problem is still there.

I used win10, but the FTDI driver did not have a valid digital signature on the system, so I disabled the computer's digital signature to install the FTDI driver.Is there an effect?

Can you please throw some light on the exact steps you've followed while downloading the Firmware. Also, to clarify, FTDI doesn't have any effect on this.

1. Can you also check if the jumpers are correctly set for SOP-2 on the EVM? 

2. In addition to that, did you try to use this EVM in SOP-4 mode to just ensure if this board is working properly?

1. What do you mean? I put the popcap on sop1 and 2, and sop2 is empty.That tells you how sop2 is set up, right?

2. What is the mode setting of sop4?

For SOP-2 mode, you need to put jumpers on SOP lines 0 and 1. You may refer to Section 2.7 of the following document to learn more about SOP mode settings in the EVM: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/swru508b/swru508b.pdf

After ensuring your SOP mode configuration, kindly follow the steps given in the mmWave user Guide for Firmware download
