CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2: I can't open "CCS cloud"

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

The device LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2 detected!
dev.ti.com/.../asv1963@gmail.com)

Interactive demo is good working. Goog flashing from page:
dev.ti.com/.../

But I have 2 problems.

On page https://dev.ti.com/
I can't open "CCS cloud".

After clicking the button, I see a message "Retrieving your workspace" .......
and nothing happens!

What could be the matter, I tried to disable the antivirus (Kaspersky Free)

Also, I can’t flash from Project Zero !

I get a message "Error downloading program: Encountered a problem loading file
C:/Temp/ti_cloud_storage/CC2640R2F.data Internal error Please unplug your CC2640R2F,then plug it back
in and try again"

c:\Temp\ti_cloud_storage\CC2640R2F.data     file exist (size 2251752)

Please help!
