Warnings: "Hello, world"

Hello everyone
I installed the Code Composer Studio from the site

http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Licensing_-_CCSv4 # Node.C2.A0Locked_Licenses,

since I have the license CCS v4 Microcontroller node locked license (TMDSCCS-MCUN01) .

The version I installed on my computer is 4.2, and my OS is Windows XP; then I run the updates.

Now: I tried to follow the file "Hello World" and some warnings appear in the CCS (see the "warnings" file attachment in this post)
It is possible to eliminate these warnings?

NOTE: I am successful to eliminate another warning (warning: creating ".stack" section with default size of 0x400) who appeared in this application following a particular procedure.

How can I remove my warnings? Is there a procedure for each warning, as for warning "creating ".stack" section with default size of 0x400"?

You can stack and heap size size in the build properties (right-click on project and select 'Build Properties'):

I managed to eliminate that warning, but there are still 4 warnings:

creating output section ".cio" without a SECTION specification

creating output section ".ebss" without a SECTION specification

creating output section ".econst" without a SECTION specification

creating output section ".reset" without a SECTION specification

How can I try to eliminate these ones?

You need a linker command file that provides information to the linker declaring memory and mapping sections to various memory segments.

Are you using an existing example, or starting this from an empty project?

I tried to follow the "hello, world!" pdf file and related video; so it is an existing example, step by step, starting from an empty project.

How could I obtain the linker command file? And how could I "use" this one to resolve these warnings?

I hope to be clear... I'm sorry but I don't write english very well.

Erminio - what device are you using? Depending on the device, CCS may automatically include a linker command file.
