CCS: Can not connect launchpad F28379D

Hi,

I am trying to use,

C:\ti\c2000\C2000Ware_3_01_00_00\device_support\f2837xd\examples\cpu1\blinky\cpu01

Launchpad F28379D,

Windows 10 Pro version1903

and gettig following error messages, do you have any advices?

    Hi,

    Thanks for sending the detailed post. The two Texas Instruments Inc.XDS100 Ver 2.0 entries indicate the Windows device drivers are either not installed or have a problem on their installation. 

    At this point I would follow the procedure shown in section 2.6 of the XDS100 page below:

    In case this procedure does not work, I would try the same board in another host or perhaps another USB cable - there may be a chance something tied to this host is preventing this to be properly connected.

    Hi,

    I had no problems at another computer with windows 10, same launchpad and same cable so it was obvious that the problem was with this specific computer. I reinstalled CCS, still same problem. I followed troubleshooting guide, no changes. I deleted CCS and reinstalled again, but this time, i first installed CCS 6.2.0 and the problem is solved, without deleting CCS 6.2.0, i installed CCS 10.0 again and everthing is working fine.
