CCS Collapse all functions command

Is there a way to minimize all the functions in a program instead of going one by one and clicking the each "-"? Also, can I get the CCS to leave my cursor where it is when I halt the program, instead of going to where the program has stopped each time?

Hi Omer,

Most of the view should have a "Collapse All" toolbar button, I think this is what you are looking for. As for the "Unlink" from debug context for the editor, I haven't seen one so far.

There is no collapse all for code that you are writing, only for CCS windows like Debug or Target Configurations. I'm surprised no one has requested this already, its a hassle to minimize all the functions one by one. There has to be a way....

I see that there is a way to collapse all for code in CCSv5. If you right-click in the editor margin, go to Folding and Enable Folding, then you can Collapse All and Expand All.

I didn't find a way to do it in the CCSv4 editor so perhaps it was something added in a newer version of Eclipse (CCS4 is based on Eclipse 3.2 while CCS5 is based on Eclipse 3.6).

oops just realized I can't use CCSv5 until 5.1 comes out since I am developing for C2000. :(
