I am new to TI's DSP programming.

And recently I am learning to code for a TMS320VC5509A board and my CCS version is 10.0.0.00010 . And I found no tutorials on TI's site for TMS320VC5509A and I have been blocked several days for my course.

Are you kind to show me some sample code for TMS320VC5509A or if you could give me some materials that would teach me step by step?

We do not have any collateral or resource beyond what you see in the product folder. You may search the E2E forum for archived posts of previous discussions which may help address your questions. As the product folder indicates, that there isn't design support available from TI.
