hello:

there is a problem that is the Relative State of Charge for BQ76930 ,

that can't go to 100%,only go to 99%;and the FC never change to bit high.

so please tell me the reason,thanks very much!

hi Bruce,
I am not sure I understand as BQ76930 does not have RSOC (it is a monitor, not a gauge).
Is there another device (a gauge) you are using with BQ76930?

Hi Bruce,

There is an RSOCL bit in the SBS Gauging Configuration register that will hold the SOC at 99% until valid charge termination is detected. Do you have this bit set by any chance?

Additionally, there are important steps in the Gas Gauging section of the Using the BQ78350-R1 app note (http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/slua924) that are important for achieving the best gauging accuracy. If this is a new project, I also recommend using the BQ78350-R1A - it is functionally the same as the R1, but it comes pre-loaded with the latest firmware.
