Can you try uninstalling TI Cloud Agent and then re-install it again?

Can you try enabling logging and attaching any generated log to this thread?

I enabled logging as suggested with changes to the .sh file, but I can't find the .log file. Where is it. I presume that it would be in the same directory in the TiCloudAgent directory, but it's not.

ah ok. Looks like dslite fails immediately so that it does not even have a chance to get a log started. I'll have to see if there is some alternate way to get the debug info we need.

btw - what browser are you using? And what version?

I'm using Chrome - Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Sorry about the delay. My fault, I let this thread slip.

I will look to get an update asap

Please try opening a command terminal at ~/TICloudAgent and try running ticloudagent.sh (or .bat if Windows) directly from the command line.

If successful, you should see some message like:

{"port":52832,"version":"4.8","build_version":"2759"}

If it is not successful, this may mean permissions of dependency issues. What is your host OS? And do you have admin rights?

I don't see the build version in my response.

I'm running on Mac OSX with admin rights.

That is good as we were pessimistic that you would get any response at all. 

What Mac OS? Catalina?

Catalina version 10.15 Beta (19A558d)

I just updated to the current release 10.15.5 - still the same problem. I also updated the debugger firmware using my Windows CCS desktop. Still no luck.
