Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm using ti-processor-sdk-rtos-c667x-evm-05.00.00.15 which contain these packs:
NDK : 2.26.0
BIOD : 6.52.0
UIA : 2.21.2
XDCTOOLS : 3.50.3
PDK : 2.0.10
and as for CCS I'm using version 7.4
I configured UIA for LoggerRunMode(Ethernet).
UIA run without problem for first time and i'm able to gather information i need, but when I stop target and relaunch it again, even though NDK works properly "RTOS analyzer" won't work and there is no log available.
my only solution is to close Code composer and reopen it. to put it simply UIA over Ethernet works only on its first launch.
I Prefer to don't change my setup (for lots of reason) so moving to latest version is out of question.
I don't use UIA configuration file and launch RTOS analyzer using its default setting (auto detect settings), here is image of my launch settings:
is this problem a Known ones? and if yes, is there any solution for it?
