This is not the first time meet this issue, but I just can not find the E2E post to solve this (There should already being much discussion here).

    Sheldon,

    Which version of CCS are you using? I actually haven't seen discovery issues in recent versions of CCS.

    If you go to Window->Preferences->Code Composer Studio->Products and click Refresh, does it not discover the SYS/BIOS product? Is the SYS/BIOS installed in the default c:\ti directory?

    I manually refreshed it and fixed this. I am using CCS 10 .
