Changzhuo, a DLP customer of our company, has a projection project that uses ti's stepping motor to drive drv883c, which is mainly used for auto focusing. The demand is relatively simple. The motor moves in inching mode. According to the forward or reverse rotation of the user's keys, the user releases the motor and stops it

At present, the customer has checked ti's product information, and has questions about the drive's step control. Please also ask the FAE related to Ti DLP for help to answer the customer's questions.

Customers should understand the following issues:

1. At present, the customer uses pure IO control, i.e. ain1, 2 Bin1, 2 is Io, wants to use 8-shot control, and wants to know the sequence diagram of 8-shot control

2. Take the following figure as an example. If you want to realize continuous forward rotation, just output ain1 (1) ain2 (0) Bin1 (1), BIN2 (0)

3. It is also the control mode as shown in the following figure. State 1 outputs ain1 (1) ain2 (0) Bin1 (1), BIN2 (0) state 2 ain1 (1) ain2 (0) Bin1 (0), BIN2 (1) cycle switching

    我司一家DLP客户昌卓,有一个投影项目用到了TI的步进电机驱动DRV883C,主要用于自动调焦,需求比较简单,电机以点动方式运动,根据用户的按键正转或反转,用户松开电机停

目前客户查看了TI的产品资料,对驱动器的步距控制这方面存在疑问,还请TI DLP相关的FAE 帮忙支持解答一下客户疑问。

客户主要要了解以下问题:

    1.目前客户采用的是纯IO控制,即AIN12 BIN12IO,想采用8拍控制,希望了解8拍控制的时序图

 

    2.以下图为例,如果要实现一直正转是否只要输出AIN11AIN2(0) BIN1(1),BIN2(0)即可
