CCS/CC3220SF: firmware is not running

Part Number: CC3220SF
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello!

There is a problem with the cc3220sf chip: a debug board with the same chip is flashed without problems. We updated the ti reference guide example via UART using ti uniflash software. Reference manual certificates are fictitious from the SDK. The chip is flashed and works, also if you put it in devolop mode, we can debug the software via SWD in CCS.
We do the same with our custom board. It has the same chip, the same SPI flash drive, we take the same steps, the same certificates. The chip is connected via UART to UNIFLASH, its version and all other information is visible. The chip is flashed through UNIFLASH and WART, but the firmware does not start. We tried an example of a terminal from the SDK, as well as a simple pin switch. On the other board, the situation is similar. The swd port also did not work when transferring the chip to development mode, an error is generated when trying to connect. Sop resistors are correct. The only difference from the debugging circuitry is that we have a power supply of 1.85 V, but it was made from the reference from the TI guide.

Could you please. experts suggest what kind of problem this overtook us?

For additional information: the version 48 chip is on the debug board, and we have 49. This was shown by UNIFLASH.
