i have rewrite udev conf let usb permission to "666"

but if run Uni.Flash 6 without sudo, it cannot detect XDS110

Did you run the install_drivers.sh script (found inside the UniFlash install folder), as sudo?

yes,

and in fact, in my system i modity udev that all usb permision to 0666

but when i run UniFlash without root(sudo), it'll stuck

Can you change the setting to "Manual" and see if you can manually specify the connection type and device?
