We have known that in the horizontal direction, the azimuth is obtained by performing 2D-FFT on 86 virtual channels. However, in the elevation direction, the four antennas are not equally spaced, and the elevation angle cannot be estimated from the peak position of the FFT. What method should be used to estimate the elevation angle? Hope to recommend some, thanks.

Hi user6248842,

The elevation antenna are spaced out in a minimum redundancy linear array configuration. I recommend finding literature concerning DoA processing of minimum redundancy arrays.
