Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

Hi, 

I want to use MSP430FR2422 for one of the project. 

Below is the Programmer /debugger  i intent to use.

Can TI confirm that this Tool can  be used to program MSP430FR2422. 

Preferred mode is Spy Bi-Wire.
