I was able to get the driver working. I am trying to connect to a DM365. It is a flashless board. It boots from USB using ubl. I am having trouble connecting to the ARM. Is there a certain state that the ARM needs to be in?

ARM9s are a bit finicky about adaptive clocking. The page below contains additional details about it and question 3.4 shows how to enable it in your configuration:
