Hello all,

I am developing a simple application using target AWR1843 with its OS TI RTOS , i wanted to use timers ,so i though of using the TI RTOS MCAL package. The MCAL module which controls the timers is the GPT module.  But when i tried to use the Gpt module with OS TI RTOS my application didnot work.

My question is: Can we use the MCAL modules with TI RTOS OS? , "i am using the BIOS start and many of the OS apis together with the OS configuration as well".

    Hi Nada,

    There is no TI RTOS MCAL package.

    The MCAL package is intended to be used in the AUTOSAR context . The MCAL package is only provided to customers under safety NDA. 

    I see that you are from the University and you are working on a university project. MCAL will not be the right package to explore.
