CCS/CCSTUDIO: Problems to add Segger J-LINK support

I followed the instruction to add JLINK probe support. However, I always get following error message during SW update:

what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Rafael,
sorry for my late reply - i just discovered your answer from last Friday. Below is the screenshot. I double check the path and it exactly what the description showed. My colleague tried to do the same independently with the same result.

Gerhard,

Interesting; I was able to connect to the Segger repository using CCSv10.0.0. However, I could only do it outside of the corporate VPN.

Can you try with a host in a public (i.e., not behind a firewall) internet?

Another detail that could explain this is a temporary glitch.

Rafael,

I was able to connect to the Segger repository outside of TI, in a public internet.

This solved my problem for now. I will check with the CCS development team how to fix this issue inside TI.
