Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I am using Code Composer Studio v. 10.0.0.00010 on a Macintosh (with Radeon RX 570 graphics) running MacOS Mojave 10.14.6.
When I do a Search, the searched-for string appears blacked out in all lines except the selected one (if any).
The highlighting elsewhere is OK.
I have tried the instructions given in this thread:
CCS/TMS320F2806: Highlight Color search - results Setting - Code Composer Studio forum - Code Composer...
with no change.
How can I fix this problem?
Are you doing a C/C++ search? If so you need to import the preferences file. Here it is:
You can import the preferences by going to FIle -> Import and then selecting this:
Here are my search results before applying the preferences file:
Here it is after:
This is CCSv10 on Mojave.

Yes, I did that (import/general/preferences) and it didn't change anything. I tried restarting too.
The C/C++ search tab results in blacked out search strings.
Also, choosing to search for References or Declarations does this (I guess it's the same search).
Regular "File Search" looks OK.
You could try changing the color mix in that file. Other than that I am not sure what to do. The preferences being set in that file are for this.
