Hi,

I want to program and debug the F28335 dsp by XDS100v2 jtag.

Does XDS100v2 work with CCS v9.1 and Windows 10 64 bit?

Yes XDS100v2 debug probes are compatible with CCSv9.1 and Windows 10 64bit.
