CCS/TMS320F28379D: Hardware trace analyzer menu missing all of the configurations

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Using CCS  Version: 9.2.0.00013 on Windows 10.

Debugger is a Blackhawk XDS560v2-USB System Trace Emulator, the drivers for which have been installed. Micro is a TMS320F28379D control card/ experimentor's kit. All of this works fine for regular flashing and debugging of code.

I have been through the troubleshooting guide and did the steps listed under "9.4 General IDE". The steps under "9.7.7 Hardware Trace Issues" didn't apply, since they assume the configurations won't open when you select them in the menu, not that they aren't there.  

Is there some additional process I need to do outside of CCS to do trace analysis with the Blackhawk XDS560v2, or am I missing some component of code composer?
