CCS/TMS570LS3137: XDS100v2 connection trouble

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I've worked with CCS 8.3, tms570ls3137 and debug through XDS100v2 USB debug probe. I chage CCS on version 10.0.0.
When I create new project (in window "New CCS project") can't verify board and create target configuration.
Thete is no any connection in Connection list box. Seems to me CCS can't finde deug connections.
Why it's happan and how I can fix it?

The list is completely empty? Can you show me your list that you see, similar to the screenshot below?

As you can see connection list box not highlighted so I can't choose any connections. And can't verify board connection.

The Verify option would be disabled because a Connection type is not selected.

The question is why you cannot select a connection type.

Can you try to manually create a target configuration using the Target Configuration Editor?

A default connection should be selected, What is the default? Is the drop down list enabled?

What host OS are you using? Is the WIndows 10 with a dark theme of sorts?
