CCS: Uniflash load device list empty

Hi team,

My customer meet a question that: he can't choose a device.

He has install it under default location. and he can't see show components in about.

    Interesting; I can see the MSP430FR2512 in my device list (I installed Uniflash 6.0.0.2710 yesterday).

    Can you be sure the file MSP430FR2512.xml is installed under the directory below? 

    C:\ti\uniflash_6.0.0\deskdb\content\TICloudAgent\win\ccs_base\common\targetdb\devices

    You could also try to close Uniflash, remove the temporary files stored at the directory below (or create a copy of the entire directory) and re-open it. 

    C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Uniflash 

    I suspect a corruption during install or perhaps a directory permissions issue is preventing Uniflash for working properly.

    The problem has fixed, I ask the customer change the version from 6.0 to 5.2. I also can't recreate the problem at my side.
