Shivam,

I would recommend by starting with reading through the SimpleLink SDK users guide:

It will explain the structure of the SDK, the difference between TI-RTOS, freeRTOS and NO-RTOS.

Note that that content above is also available directly inside Code Composer Studio by opening Resource Explorer.

When creating a project for CC2652 it is recommended that you start with an example from the SDK.
