So need C CODE sample.

Here ya go!

If you just want to send UART commands, just write the commands (in hex) to the serial port.

The documentation in the datasheet also has good handles on it!

Please refer to the PGA460 Software Development Guide and PGA460 Energia Library and Code Example for instructions, recommendations, and source code examples on programming the PGA460 registers.
