Hello,

I am new in LAUNCHCC3220MODASF.

In my application Brush DC Motor shall run at “Motor Speed” specified for its temperature read by IR Thermometer.

I used this pwmled2 example .

LAUNCHCC3220MODASF Connection with DRV866EVM .

Connect a DC motor across OUT1 and GND.
Remove the jumper from the PMODE header.
Apply 12V power to J1 header.

after this connection motor run contentiously.

Please suggest me What changes will require in pwmled2 example to drive motor on different speed .

Hi Nehal,

Assuming the motor driver speed changing by PWM duty cycle you will have to change the duty cycle. Please refer to our PWM API documentation for more details.

Thanks for your Reply.

I successfully changed speed of Motor.

I am also trying to detect the Motor load using VIPROPI.

according my requirement I need RIPROPI is 860 ohm

MD019E3(001)_Sch.PDF

I found R7 is 1.5K and R10(RIPROPI ) on DRV866EVM,but I am confused which register to changed ? R7 or R10?
