I would like to know the basic.

I have installed code composer studio version 10 on my PC(Windows10).

I cannot proceed to the next step because of the error that CCS mistakenly recognize my PC as Windows7.

I want to install "68xx ODS - Point Cloud Demo".

(In our company, we are prohibited from accessing external websites from Windows7 PC.)

The report of the information management department of our company is as follows.

"When the Resource Explorer is executed, the User Agent is "Windows NT 6.1", and it is judged as access to windows7.

Could you confirm with the manufacturer of the manufacturer whether the above User Agent can be changed?"

Can you develop the above?

Or is there any other way I can install Demo?

(I already have tried install via TI Resource Explorer, but it also didn't work well.)

That is very interesting. I was not aware of such an issue.

Thank you. After consultation with the engineering team, this appears to be a known issue. We are looking to get this resolved, but currently there is no good workaround. My suggestion is to see if you can manually download it using Resource Explorer outside CCS:

Note the "Download" button in the upper right corner (looks like a "down" arrow).
