CCS/C2000-CGT: CCS/C2000-CGT migration issue

Hi Ki,

I have three imported CCS 3.3 projects in CCS 10.0 now. Two of them are the child projects serving to the top level application project - so I can open them inside this top level app project as "Project Dependencies" inside CCS 10. When I build each of two child project independently using the latest tool (20.x), it built successfully. But the problem is when I build the top project which relies on these two sub-projects, it failed build and points to an incorrect default location for .OBJ which, BTW,  I thought to have already corrected in advanced option using directory specifier for each dependent project build earlier.  I don't know where in CCS 10 do I overlook to have caused this build failure.  Guess you might know.

    Hello,

    To identify the root of the problem it would help if we could see the projects and reproduce the build error. Would you be able to share all three projects? If you do not wish to post it here in the public forum you can send it to me via private message. 

    In addition, it would be helpful if could send the CCS 3.3 .pjt files for all 3 projects, so we can cross-check the build options in the original project against the migrated project.
