CCSV 4.2 XDS510 USB license problem

I'm unable to emulate using the XDS510 USB because of a license issue.

I have this as described on my managed software screen:

Code Composer Studio IDE - Platinum for DSK or XDS100 (no annual subscription) - (HWN01A)

Comniling works without a problem. When trying to emulate it keeps asking me for the license.

It rejects the license saying:

Exception occurred during launch

Reason:

Feature: CCS_CONNECTION_ALL

License path: C:\Program Files\Texas

Instruments\ccsv4\DebugServer\license\TMDSCCS-HWN01A-v4.0.lic;C:\Ti\license\TMDSCCS-HWN01A-v4.0.lic;C:\Program Files\Texas

Instruments\ccsv4\DebugServer\license\C2000-Development-Kit-XDS100.lic;C:\Ti\TMDSCCS-HWN01A-v4.0.lic;C:\Ti\license;

FLEXnet Licensing error:-5,357

I deleted the old license C2000-Development-Kit-XDS100.lic but it's still looking for it.

Does a config file need to be deleted or something?

For some reason the temporary one didn't work, I tried it again and now it's working.

This is good for now, I'll get a permanent one from my Ti contacts.

Are you referring to a temporary full license (sorry for the oxymoron) you got from somewhere else?

When I get the error, I get the option to request a 90 day temporary license.

Ah yes. The 30 and 90 day eval licenses will work for you.

I have code composer studio Version: 4.2.4.00033. Does this support a spectrum Digital xds510 usb emulator. It works fine in 3.3 but I am having problems in 4.
