CCS/66AK2H14: Starting a TI-ROTS project to run on an EVMK2H DSP

Part Number: 66AK2H14
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SYSBIOS

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Good day

I've been tasked to set up a project on an EVMK2H.  We are still waiting for the dev kit so I want to be as prepared as possible.  I've downloaded TI-RTOS Processor SDK and installed it, but it is not showing up in resource explorer.

https://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-rtos/esd/docs/latest/rtos/index_examples_demos.html#dsp-c66x

This link is too outdated and also uses the resource explorer that does not have the eval kit or the processor listed.

I've tried to create a "Hello world" new project will little success.

I create a new project - Select 66AK2H14 - Select the C66XX tab - Under templates, I expand the SYS/BIOS (This is the correct one right?  From what I have read this is the old name for TI-RTOS?) tab - Then more examples - Search using the import wizard.  This opens a new window that lists a few projects.  I tried the hello project, click finish, give the project a name.  I then need to specify a platform that remains empty.

I'm just not sure where to get a good TI-RTOS example for this processor that has up to date documentation.  Am I missing something?

Any help or pointers would be great.
